A large blaze ripped through the historic structure early this afternoon, leaving it a total loss. The cause of the fire is as yet unknown and fire personnel are investigating the area. The landmark, which was built back to the1800s, was a beloved part of the community and {housed|held several businesses. There have been no reports of any injuries.
